SAMARTkid takes a tour of the palace
Let’s all enjoy wearing our beautiful, vibrant Thai outfits! Today, the K1 students have teamed up with their older peers from Y2–Y4 to volunteer as guides, taking everyone on a tour to experience the splendor of Phra Narai Ratchaniwet Palace. With their cheerful and lively spirits, they’ll share important information about the royal palace with their classmates and anyone else who’s interested. This is a significant time for Lopburi Province, as people from across the province come together to welcome tourists from around the world who travel here to experience the beautiful and invaluable history of this place. Throughout these 10 days, we’d love to share in the pride of the people of Lopburi. For those who haven’t visited yet this year, we must say: you simply can’t miss it!

Xinjia Yu Yi Xin This Huad Chai
Today is a wonderful day filled with joy and brightness. The children participated in many festive activities on this auspicious day. There were lions—both small and large—that delighted everyone. They had a blast dressed in bright red, welcoming good fortune and secretly catching a glimpse of the thick red envelopes filled with lucky money. This Chinese New Year of the Dragon, SAMARTKID family would like to extend our best wishes to all of you, hoping you will experience success, prosperity, happiness, and good health.

Friday Fun: Recycle Outfits
A Joyful Friday with Their Eco-Friendly Recycled Outfits. Whenever Friday rolls around, all we can think about is having fun. Today, the kids had a blast unleashing their creativity to design and make outfits from recycled materials. Since our world is facing so many pollution problems—deforestation and poor air quality—we must take action and work together to reduce these issues in whatever ways we can. Take a look at each child’s outfit—they’re anything but ordinary! They’re cute, beautiful, and truly creative and imaginative. So adorable!

Let’s learn about Isan culture
The Charm of Isan: Thailand is a country with diverse and beautiful cultural traditions unlike any other in the world. Of course, all four regions of Thailand have their own unique characteristics and beauty, which are expressed through their distinctive cuisine, music, and language. Today, our school was honored to host Mr. Phanupong Ampaichokchai, an expert and passionate enthusiast of the culture of the Northeast region—or Isan, as we call it here. The children had a blast making “Khao Jee,” a famous Isan dish, and trying out traditional Isan musical instruments with great enthusiasm. They also learned about Isan culture firsthand. It was so much fun, and the kids loved it too!
